We are thrilled to announce that in June, E-BEAM Services was awarded the Workforce Partner Excellence Award in recognition of outstanding collaboration.
Here at E-BEAM Services Inc., we have always had a strong focus on creating a positive workforce culture and collaborative partnerships to support it. And throughout 2020-2021 the importance of having a strong, positive organizational culture is more critical than ever! We work hard to be creative and intentional in our efforts; it’s an understatement to say that we were honored to be recognized for these efforts by the Warren County United Way!
This award is given to recognize a private sector company that has demonstrated leadership and contribution to improving a workforce program partnership. In addition, the company may have made significant contributions to their local workforce innovations area during the past program year.
According to the United Way of Warren County (Ohio), E-BEAM Services stood out as a top
company partner for several reasons:
● The ability to place a record level of seven students at E-BEAM this year.
● Students have voiced their tremendous enthusiasm for working at E-BEAM.
● Creative development of part-time roles for students that allowed for flexibility.
● Virtual company presentations were appreciated by teachers who were grateful to have company involvement during the school year.
We had a great time with this group of outstanding students and look forward to next year! It’s great to win the award and we are especially grateful for the opportunity to share our electron science and technology expertise with the next generation.
