What sizes of cable can be electron beam crosslinked?

E-BEAM Services can process many different cable sizes and constructions. We process thin gauge wire, down to 15 AWG (0.057 inch diameter), but also large cables over 2 inches in diameter. The thickness of the cable jacketing is also important to consider. In almost all cases, the cable jacket itself must be crosslinked while the rest of the construction does not require treatment. Using a typical jacket compound density of 1.3 g/cm³ as an example, E-BEAM Services can crosslink a 2 inch diameter cable with 0.200 inch jacket thickness.
