So what is “on time”? Well, that is whatever was agreed upon between you and E-BEAM. Our “standard” turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks, but you may also request “priority” service of 2 to 4 business days. Sometimes, your products need to be processed and shipped back to you “overnight” in 1 day. We even provide “E-BEAM Express®” same day service in special circumstances. Your preferred routine turnaround will be in our written processing agreement, and turnaround options may be available if requested and agreed upon for a particular purchase order.
