In this role, you will manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue
reporting, expense tracking, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and payroll.
LEAD
- You will coach & develop our experienced accounting team.
- You will drive a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement and engagement.
IMPROVE
- You will drive process optimization & automation in our accounting & reporting processes necessary to support E-BEAM’s business decisions and growth.
- You will collaborate with other functional leaders as a member of our leadership team to develop & implement plans to drive continued growth.
- You will collaborate with senior leadership & provide data-backed recommendations to help shape organizational strategy and financial goals.
MAINTAIN
- You will ensure that E-BEAM’s exemplary record of audit & regulatory compliance continues through personal oversight, process discipline and effective internal controls.
- You will coordinate directly with external tax, audit and legal partners to leverage their expertise and to keep E-BEAM in line with changes that impact our business.
- You will support financial planning and forecasting by providing key financial data and variance analysis and you will lead the annual budgeting process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or professional services.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving ability and experience implementing process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify financial risks and opportunities and support decision-making.
- Experience with financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills to convey financial insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
